Powered by an 800W motor capable of a 1200W peak, the EX620 offers 60% more torque and 30% higher operating speeds compared to the previous EX610 model. Combined with a 15mm orbit throw, this machine makes quick work of heavy swirl marks, deep scratches, and stubborn clear coats—allowing you to complete correction stages in fewer passes without running the tool flat out.

To keep operator fatigue to a minimum during all-day jobs, ShineMate integrated CNC-machined internal gearing and an active counterweight balance system. This design dramatically dampens hand vibration and keeps the chassis stable across all speed settings.

A key highlight is the machine's load-sensing torque compensation. When you apply downforce on contoured panels or sharp body lines, the onboard electronics automatically adjust power delivery to maintain constant backing plate rotation, preventing the pad from stalling out mid-pass.
